This workshop enables leaders to appreciate the whole system, its interconnecting parts and gain insight on how to make those linkages work for the better.

  • A framework for systematic and systemic analysis
  • Systems thinking tools and case studies
  • Success templates
  • Participants will be working on a real-life case to reinforce learning and practice

  • Assess the situation holistically
  • Apply tools of Systems Thinking (Causal Loop, Iceberg Model)
