Transactional activities are not free from legalistic obligations, especially in
the decision-making process of industrial buying and selling matters. This
programme is organised to enable personnel engaged in such decisionmaking
processes to better understand the legal issues involved and to apply
the relevant laws. This regular programme also highlights the major legal
issues which confront them and to make them more aware of these issues,
thereby enabling them to better understand and manage their roles,
responsibilities, obligations and rights.
