COURSE DESCRIPTION
This programme seeks to provide students with high quality teaching and learning experiences that are relevant to business and management careers where students will be developed in subject specific knowledge appropriate to business-related management careers. This includes units such as Personal and Professional Development, Working with and Leading People, Managing Business Activities to Achieve Results and Managing Communications, Knowledge and Information. Students will also develop the capacity for critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis, through the application of knowledge to a wide range of situations.
The programme will also encourage creativity and develop appropriate research, communication and quantitative skills to prepare students for a career in business and management, and for progression to further study.
Finally, this programme endeavours to develop students to become autonomous learners and to reflect upon personal skill development, thus encouraging life-long learning.

This programme will be assessed through a combination of attendance and module assignments. The credits will be based on project assignment on every individual module.
GRADUATION CRITERIA
