This unit describes the skills and knowledge
required to perform work activities as a
supervisor in a safe manner, especially in the
area of infection control for the healthcare
setting.
At the end of module, learners should be able to
interpret workplace safety and health, policies,
procedures and programmes, educating workers
on workplace safety, implementing and
controlling workplace safety and health
management programmes, implementing
workplace risk management programmes and
maintaining risk control measures.
