*This course include lectures and practical lessons. Please note that it is COMPULSORY for all trainees to wear safety shoes during the course.

The aim of this course is to provide course participants with the requisite WAH knowledge so that these workers can perform their work-at-height activities properly and safely.

At the end of this course, participants would be able to:

• Identify relevant WSH legislations, approved code of practice and Singapore Standards applicable to WAH roles and responsibilities.
• Identify WAH hazards and preventive measures related to WAH.
• Demonstrate the understanding and use and care for various fall arrest systems and equipment.

Who should attend?

This course is for all workers who are required to work at heights. The participants will be taught the hazards and the safe work practices of working at heights.

Course Duration

6 hours and 1.5 hours of assessment

Maximum class size

20 participants for course.

Certification

Upon completion of the course and passing the examination, a safety pass will be issued to all participants.

This course is developed according with reference to Curriculum Development Advisory (CDA) for the WAH course for Workers.
