Flight Operations Training – International Flight Planning for Dispatchers

Course Description

International Flight Planning for Dispatchers provides students with the fundamentals of international flight operations, oceanic and polar flight planning, international aviation law and ICAO rules and regulations. 

Students become familiar with the procedures and equipment necessary to operate in different types of airspace, and how to plan successful flight through the application of advanced flight planning techniques. 

This course is applicable to all flight planning systems, but does  not include input instructions for specific flight planning engines.

Target Group

If you are an experienced dispatcher or a flight operation officer who has been assigned or promoted to the international flight operations section of an AOC, this course is definitely for you.

Entry Requirements

A background in an aviation environment.

Upon Completion

Participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the course.
