Course Description

The objective of this training on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is to provide participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform and implement FMEA projects. It will enable them to determine and compute probability of occurrence, probability of detection, severity of failure and the risk priority number and to perform and complete both Design and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
