This programme aims to equip the delegate with:
• Background knowledge of audits and the audit process in accordance to ISO 19011 and ISO 17021
• The relevant skills, knowledge and confidence to plan, carry out, report and follow-up on 1st, 2nd and 3rd party environmental management systems audits in conformity with ISO 14001
• The experience of the various stages of the audit through role plays; evening assignments; and either by auditing exercise based on case study manual or by going through a “live audit” exercise at an actual facility
