Conflict has been described as being one of the most detrimental of all occurrences in the workplace and even in our personal lives. Many people respond to conflict by trying to avoid it, or by being frustrated because they do not know what to do with either the conflict or the resulting emotions, Ineffective conflict management is time-consuming, costing organizations money, decreasing productivity and reducing commitment and morale. 

WORKSHOP PURPOSE

This interactive workshop is about managing differences productively and effectively while maintaining positive relationships. When properly managed, conflict can actually improve performance and morale in the the organization. 

This two day workshop is designed to help you recognize, understand, and manage interpersonal conflict. It explores the strategies to reinforce the concept that we have choices in how we choose to deal with conflict.
