Synopsis
Business Planning & Administration
This module enables students to acquire practical application skills that are relevant for the industry. They would be required to do a research based project relevant to the industry that is of interest to them and present their findings to integrate or improve the different functional areas of the organisation.

Business Innovation & Strategy
This module provides an overview of the various aspects and business issues inherent in organisations and introduces the range of success factors that are prerequisites for organizational competitiveness. Students will learn how technology and innovation are harnessed alongside operations, marketing and human resource to create a synergized service management system.

Customer Relationship Management (60hrs)
This module introduces students to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and how it can affect the businesses’ bottom-line. Students will understand how technology has helped organisations in CRM. This includes front office operations and backend customer information management. The module helps students develop the right service attributes and equips them with the required customer service skills.
