This course is to train persons (construction site foreman and supervisors) who wish to act as Safety Supervisors in the building and construction industry. By the end of the course, participants would be familiar with the hazards and preventive measures for safe work in the building and construction (tunneling) industry.

Legal Requirement:

Every contractor undertaking tunneling work shall appoint a safety supervisor who shall possess such qualifications as are approved by the Commissioner.
