Understand the responsibilities, requirements and penalties of workshop/stores.
Differentiate between different forms of certification for parts’ release to service after overhaul, testing, inspection, etc., or release from stores.
Become familiar with documentation, records and defect reporting and conversant with the Company Exposition, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Overhaul Manuals and Parts Catalogue etc.
