ACTA – CU6 – Conduct Competency-Based Assessment

Course Description

This competency unit includes confirming details of assessment plan with relevant stakeholders, prepare resources, assessment site and tools for assessment, prepare candidate for assessment, conduct assessment according to assessment plan and provide feedback based on review of assessment conducted.

Who Should Attend

This course is suitable for people who are moving into the training arena with little or zero knowledge in training field. It is also suitable for full or part-time in-house trainers, freelance trainer, training consultants, assessment developers or assessors.

Course Duration

14 hours (including 1 hour assessment)

Assessment

Participants are required to attend a final assessment comprising of role play and oral questions, 30 minutes each.
