This course will provide participants with a thorough understanding and interpretation of the SQC scheme for Private Education Organisations (PEO). This course also assists PEO to develop an action plan to attain world-class performance in business practices and to assist PEO to identify & improve performance through completing the Business Excellence Assessment Exercise.

This course is specially designed to help PEO understand and implement the requirements of SQC for PEO so as to be able to achieve the Singapore Quality Class status.

Course Content

· Introduction to the SQA framework and SQC Scheme for PEO
· Interpretation of the requirements of the 7 criteria (Leadership, Planning, Information,
· People, Processes, Customer and Results)
· Understanding the Strategy and Methodology to achieve SQC for PEO
· How to complete the BEACON Questionnaire
· How to prepare for the site visit
