This programme is designed for professional who either has relevant experience handling Human Resource or completed ‘A’ level. It provides a fast track to a degree and MBA. 

The award provides a portfolio of the latest HRM and practices allowing aspiring student to maximise his/her contribution to the organisation. It focuses on the essential skills of the HR professional for leadership and management role and examines People Management and development which it’s vital to the growth of the organization. 

Lastly, student will be well informed and be guided to meet the fresh challenges that are part of a rapidly changing business environment.

Entry Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18 
• Academic Level: Any ABE Level 4 Diploma 
• Language Proficiency: GCE ‘O’ Level English / IELTS 5.0 or equivalent 

Or fasttrack your study if you have the following qualifications: 

• 2 x ‘A’ levels (or a level 3 equivalent) or 2 years’ relevant work experience
