A Lumina Spark Workshop is a highly interactive and interesting experience in which learners explore who they are using the highly individualised Portrait. 

A one-day Lumina Spark Workshop would be conducted following the completion of the online assessment. The questionnaire takes about 20 minutes to complete, and each participant receives a detailed individualised Portrait during the Workshop. 

During the workshop, we will walk the group of participants through a series of exercises to deepen their learning and understanding of the science and application of the Lumina Model that focuses on individual and interpersonal mastery, stress response, team working and communication skills. The Portrait could be used as the basis for individual on-going development programme.
