This introductory level workshop provides a solid grounding in the tools and techniques which form the basis of best practice procurement and supply. It is interactive and so delegates should expect to participate fully in order to gain maximum value from attending. 

The workshop covers the most commonly used theoretical concepts, although its focus is more on the practical application of these concepts for the benefit of the procurement organisation.

Through use of best practice principles staff in procurement and supply related roles across the organisation can manage the procurement process more effectively and ensure that the best suppliers are identified, selected and managed.
