Course Description

Course Synopsis

On completion of the course, the participants will have the knowledge and skills in analysing customer behaviour and recommending improvements on current sales and marketing programmes. Participant will be able to make recommendation to improve existing sales and marketing initiatives with these analyses.

Course Outline

  • To equip participants with the knowledge and skills to analyse customer behaviour through acquiring knowledge of products and services and assessing customer interest levels and needs.
  • Acquire knowledge on products / services and specific markets to understand the organisation’s value proposition
  • Assess customer interest levels and needs through analysis of trends and past performance
  • Recommend improvements to existing sales and marketing programmes based on assessment of customer interest levels
